Alice’s Famous Stuffed Anaheim Peppers! At least in some circles. They looked so garsh dern pretty I couldn’t help but take a picture.
This is only the second time I have made them and this time I went crazy and stuffed with sour cream, green onions, tomatoes, threw some cumin seed on top of that, with a bit of paprika, then the cheddar. Cooked them for about 40 minutes at 350, then threw some cayenne on top for good measure.
Accompany this dish with some fab guac and chips and you have a veritable fiesta in your mouth!
